On 16 April 2008 the Institute of Thermal Technology at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Konarskiego 22 (room 109C) was the venue of the national contest for the best MSc thesis in the application of computational methods for the simulation of thermal and flow processes.

who listened to the presentations selected in the earlier stages of the contest. The jury was deeply impressed both by the contents of all the theses submitted and the quality of the presentations. The winner list includes:
